Definitely worth a viewing! There are 2 very good sized double bedrooms with plenty of storage. Large living room with a 3 and 2 leather sofa’s and a leather chair, TV Ariel point and sky dish fitted so easy to reconnect. Kitchen with electric oven/cooker, large fridge freezer and bathroom with both bath & shower. It is a safe area in walking distance to the local hospital, town centre, trams and supermarket.
The apartments themselves are part of a small complex with only 6 on the front, where my apartment is situated. The communal gardens are maintained by the buildings management company and are great in the summer and although shared with the adjoining court is only accessed by a small number of residents so relatively quiet and private.
It is ideally located for shopping at the Lowry outlet (Salford Quays), West One outlet across the road and only a stones throw from a super market, unless you prefer shopping at the local independent shops in Eccles town centre, which are in walking distance. Also great for nights out or shopping in Manchester centre as there’s a tram stop conveniently located outside the main court, plus the Trafford centre is on the local bus route or 5 mins drive away. Salford Royal hospital is literally a 4 minute walk away.
It would be ideal for professional(s) to rent the apartment (as not ideal for younger children as its a first floor apartment) and would recommend to staff of Salford Royal Hospital, Media City or commuters as perfectly placed to miss rush hour traffic hotspots!
